One of my core beliefs is to deliver the best customer service possible to my clients.  Since I am one of the realtors in Tampa Florida that has one of the best customer satisfaction rates, this can sometimes mean that I have to go above and beyond for my clients.

Take tonight for example.  After finishing up a day of showing clients Tampa real estate, I had some new properties to list.  It was just about five o’clock once I got back to the office and I was hoping to be home for supper at six.

But the phone rang and it was Jeff, one of my clients that had been looking at houses for the past week.  They had not found one as of yet and they were getting anxious.

So when he called I had to ask what he needed.  He told me that they had found a couple of homes that they wanted to look at in the evening – how could I say no, right?

Well, on the bright side of things, we did end up writing an offer on one of the homes that we looked at, but work ended up being much later than normal – in fact I just made it home twenty minutes ago.  Nothing like a long day at work.
