Well, my company has had such ridiculous success installing Leed Pro solar power panels that I think I’m going to try a residential solar energy scheme.  Seriously, my company saves a ludicrous amount of money a month from only a couple of panels.  I want to save money too!  It doesn’t hurt that it’s all, saving the environment and what not.  Honestly, the prime motivation is money, and right now, I think that’s perfectly ok.  Katelyn wants to start ballet class, and while it’s true it’s not that expensive, just think of the podiatry bills once she starts doing point.  And Jimmy wants to start hockey, and that is really expensive. 

You wouldn’t believe how much they charge for pads, jerseys, sticks, skates and rink time.  Add to that the fact that they practice at like 7 in the morning, and the practices are always an ungodly amount of time away.  I’m talking like two hours away.  That’s just uncalled for.  At least ballet is just around the corner!  No gas cost there.  That’s why I tell my husband I love my daughter more than my son; she’s definitely cheaper.  He likes to remind me that once they hit their teens, it won’t stay that way for long.
