I really enjoy the work I have done with the company I work for over the past few years. They are really good about making sure they pay attention to giving good employee recognition to the hard workers that they have working for them and that are trying to bring in the profits for the company. I think a quality rewards program is a really good move on an employer’s part because it keeps us employees motivated and wanting to keep doing a good job. We feel like it is worth it to not just show up to our job to get our hourly wages on our paycheck but to give that little bit more, because we know it makes a difference, that it is recognized by our bosses and that it is also recognized by our employer, and we feel like we will actually get recognition and rewarded for working hard.

There are too many companies out there that just do not care that same way, and it is reflected in the morale of the employees and, in turn, in the customer service that is delivered by those employees who feel well appreciated by their employer. Basically it makes the world a better place to be in, and should not be forgotten.
